These Terms of Service govern the use of STELA Mailing, an application provided by Software Testing Bureau (BILESTAR S.A.) as part of the STELA platform.
By connecting a Microsoft account to STELA Mailing, the user authorizes STELA to access the mailbox associated with that account exclusively for the purpose of executing automation processes configured by the user or by the organization using STELA.
STELA Mailing allows a Microsoft mailbox to be connected to the STELA platform so that automated processes can operate on email messages as part of RPA flows or business process automation.
The application must be used only for legitimate business, operational, testing, support, or automation purposes.
When a user connects a Microsoft account, Microsoft may request consent for STELA Mailing to access certain permissions related to the mailbox.
Depending on the configuration enabled by the user or by the organization, STELA Mailing may request permissions to:
STELA Mailing does not obtain or store the user’s Microsoft password. Authentication is managed directly by Microsoft through OAuth 2.0.
Once the Microsoft account has been authorized, STELA Mailing may allow automations configured in STELA to execute the following actions on the connected mailbox:
These actions are executed only as a result of automations configured by the user or by the organization responsible for the use of STELA.
For more information about the mail commands available in STELA, the user may consult the corresponding documentation in the STELA mail commands wiki.
STELA Mailing accesses mailbox data only to execute automations configured in STELA.
Mailbox data may be used to:
STELA Mailing does not use mailbox data for advertising, user profiling, resale of information, or purposes unrelated to the execution of the configured automations.
The user and the organization using STELA are responsible for:
STELA executes the automation logic configured by the user or by the organization. The user or the organization remains responsible for the actions performed through their automations.
STELA uses OAuth 2.0 tokens to access Microsoft services. Access tokens and related credentials are stored using security controls designed to prevent unauthorized access.
Users may revoke access to STELA Mailing at any time from their Microsoft account settings or through the Microsoft Entra ID administrative options corresponding to their organization.
In addition, STELA Administrators may unlink the account from the STELA Administration Panel, Accounts menu.
STELA may retain configuration data, execution logs, technical evidence, and token information necessary to operate the connected mailbox and execute the configured automations.
The retention period may depend on the STELA environment used, the customer’s configuration, the applicable contractual terms, and the operational requirements of the service.
Users must not use STELA Mailing to:
STELA Mailing depends on Microsoft services, network availability, account permissions, and customer configuration. Software Testing Bureau (BILESTAR S.A.) does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Microsoft services or third-party integrations.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of STELA Mailing after the publication of an updated version implies acceptance of the modified Terms.
Users or administrators may revoke application access from the Microsoft account settings or from Microsoft Entra ID administration.
In addition, STELA Administrators may unlink the account from the STELA Administration Panel, Accounts menu.
If access is revoked, STELA Mailing may no longer correctly execute automations that depend on the connected mailbox.
